What is your Return Policy?

If you are not satisfied with your Wavyleaf purchase for any reason, simply return the product within 30 days of the date of receipt of goods for a refund to the original payment method. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment.

How to I start a Return?

  1. Please contact us at contact@wavyleaf.co to initiate a return. 

  2. Once we receive your return request we will provide you with the return address details. Please keep in mind, we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for the return. We recommend that you hold onto your tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.
  3. Once we receive the return, please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

  4. Once we issue the refund, please allow up to 10 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment. Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the item(s) only. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping and handling charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.

How are refunds credited?

If the product is returned in accordance with this Return Policy, Wavyleaf will credit your original form of payment you used to make the original purchase and any applicable taxes (excluding shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified).

What if my items arrive incorrect or damaged?

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our Customer Experience Team at contact@wavyleaf.co with your order number and description of the incorrect or damaged order.
