What is your Return Policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the product within 30 days of the date of receipt of goods for a full refund.

Once we receive your return, we will refund your purchase to the original payment method.

How to I start a Return?

  1. Email us at contact@wavyleaf.co to start a return. 

  2. We will provide you with the return address details. Please keep in mind, we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for the return.
  3. Once we receive the return, we will process it within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

  4. Once we issue the refund, please allow up to 10 business days for it to reflect in your original payment method. Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the item(s) only. We're unable to refund your original shipping and handling charges, unless the return was a result of our error.

How are refunds credited?

If the product is returned in accordance with this Return Policy, Wavyleaf will credit your original form of payment you used to make the original purchase and any applicable taxes (excluding shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified).

What if my items arrive incorrect or damaged?

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at contact@wavyleaf.co with your order number and description of the incorrect or damaged order.
